Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Clip3ree ("we", "our", "us"). Clip3ree is a web-based platform that allows users to upload, process, analyze, and manage short-form video content and related media.

By accessing or using Clip3ree, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clip3ree. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos, media, and content you upload ("User Content").

By uploading content to Clip3ree, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store
• Process
• Analyze
• Display your content

solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not sell user content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or use Clip3ree for:

• Illegal content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Harmful, abusive, or deceptive activities
• Malware or system abuse
• Attempts to overload or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Paid Subscriptions & Billing

Clip3ree offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Taxes may apply based on your location

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@clip3ree.com within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles, not current subscriptions.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

7. Third-Party Services

Clip3ree may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Cloud storage providers (AWS)
• AI processing services (OpenAI)
• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)

We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms apply separately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Clip3ree platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Update features
• Modify or discontinue parts of the service
• Change these Terms with notice

Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clip3ree is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clip3ree and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Clip3ree at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Required by law
• Misuse threatens the platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clip3ree operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
